Penn was causing trouble at the airport, and called the police on the feds:

Although, in my own experience, they've always asked before touching during the extra search. But they have used that "it'll take a while - don't you have to catch your flight" line whenever I ask any questions. Or warn me that I might miss the flight if I cause any trouble. Though they seemed pretty taken aback last time when I told them "That's OK, they still have two more tonight." But I didn't think to call the police.
