Heard on the radio this afternoon...

An actual quote I heard on the radio this afternoon:

"Well, I just don't think that the Fourth of July is an appropriate time to be criticizing our government!"

The host expressed disbelief. I wanted to call in and quote one of my co-workers from A.G. Edwards who once expressed a similar sentiment thusly:

"Where would we be today if the Founding Fathers had such disrespect for the government?"
