But this not the only reason he isn't fit. Yep, she's actually saying in so many words that it isn't a difference in policies, Donald is clearly unfit.

According to wiki leaks, Hillary expressed a lack of respect to Bernie Sanders' followers. She claimed their expectations were unrealistic and most of them were unemployed and living with their parents. I disagree with her, but it's not a 100% unfair characterization.
Donald's reply: lie lie lie, Sniff sniff sniff sniff sniff.

It's true that Americans, individually and en mass, pay more for health insurance than any other nation. True statement, but it's better under ACA than it was before.

"When we can cooperate with Russia, we would. Like I did..." Numerous times. Nice.
"She talks tough against Russia but she doesn't know Russia." It was less than fifteen minutes ago when he was defending his Russia deals by claiming he didn't know anything about Russia.
Russia is new in terms of Nuclear. What??!
"I disagree and I haven't spoken to him." He's talking about Mike Pence!
"There are reasons why the military sometimes does that." (Warn specific areas before we bomb them)
"I can't think of any."
Well, maybe we'd prefer a president who *can* think of things like that.
He's whining about them constantly interrupting him every time he talks over her.

Hillary: Criteria are experience, reverse Citizens United, safeguard voting rights, stick with Roe v. Wade, and marriage equality. Emphasizes Citizens United as a bad idea. Also, a dig toward the senates refusal to vote on Supreme Court Justice.
Trump: Scalia died recently. He's looking for more like him. Also the Second Amendment.
He's claiming he's funding his own campaign again. But he's not.
Energy is under siege by Obama?
If we stop hampering our energy companies and allow them to make profits they will stop going out of business and pay off the national debt.
We are now energy independent? I want a fact check on that. (Hillary's claim for once).

He nearly melted down at the beginning but mellowed out toward the end.
Hillary was poised, though a lot more forceful than last time. Usually talking over Donald's constant interruptions. And sometimes, especially toward the end, the moderator.
She had many good answers to the audience questions, citing specific details. Only one person asked Donald "how" anything, and he couldn't answer, so changed the topic completely.
Hillary was a lot more blatant than in the past calling out Donald's incompetence and disconnect with reality. He claimed all the things he's said were att is in him by her campaign. And actually called up Benghazi, which I'm sure his handlers have told him to stay away from.
