Jan. 31st, 2017 11:56 pmFour hours. Four hours he waited like this while his mother didn't know if he was OK or if she'd ever see him again.
Somebody thought putting handcuffs on a five year old boy like this was a good idea.
Other people kept them in without raising a fuss.
And the president of the United States, when he heard it was happening, didn't angrily swoop down on them and demand the ones responsible be fired. No, instead, he actually *defended* the necessity, because, well, I guess you just never know with Those kind of people.
I wonder if it would have made a difference if the child had been white.
And, to anyone else trying to defend this kind of behavior, does it make any difference to you at all that this kid is a US citizen?
