1084: He still had to figure out how to tell the rest that that was what he was.
And with this one, I'm finally caught up again, and have re-entered, from the original notebooks, everything that had been accidentally deleted earlier, and also fleshed out all the "and then something happens" or "insert scene here" scenes.
Current word count of complete raw draft: 194,741, which Scrivener tells me is the equivalent of a 557 page paperback.
So, you know, I've got a lot I can trim and still have a decent-sized novel.
Or enough that I can add a bunch to and have a decent-sized trilogy. But I don't think I'll do that, I've been working on this project long enough.
