This was interesting too.
Jan. 16th, 2003 11:25 pmTime magazine in Europe is having a web poll, of which country poses the greatest threat to world peace. http://www.time.com/time/europe/gdml/peace2003.html
At the time I visited, there were 211,009 votes. Of those, 8.4% said North Korea, 9.7% said Iraq, and 81.8% said the United States.
Now, a web poll is not a scientific polling method. It depends who's been forwarding the poll to their friends the most. But even assuming the numbers are completely off, I find it interesting that a mainstream magazine like this would even list "The United States" among the choices for most dangerous nation.
