Chapter Eight is up!

We finally meet Toni, who is the last major character to enter the scene and cause problems.
This chapter is a long one, at 9,424 words, and all from a single POV. (Again, this is almost the same length as it was before, with very few changes - mostly issues people called out, and a couple of bits to set up later stuff properly.)
I am also now caught up on all the parts that DropBox destroyed for me. So thanks for nothing, DropBox!
