Just got voicemail from Zev, our IRS agent (and let me tell you I love being on a first-name basis with the IRS now :-)
He approved our 501(c)3 application, and now it goes to his manager for sign-off, which he expects by the end of the week. Very, very happy. It took almost 4 months to get to this point, of phone calls, letters, faxes back and forth from the State and the Feds. I will be happy to be done with this part of GWoB setup. Now, let the grant-application-writing begin!
