So I got a couple of different emails today wishing me a happy birthday.

Which confused me a bit, as my birthday was a month ago.

And, of course, they're all from corporate email addresses, not from people. So what gives? Is this the newest spam message? Apparently not. It's just that, whenever I sign up for something online, and want to use my real email instead of my spamtrap one, if it asks for a birthdate, I use the date April 12, 1961. Why that day? It is, of course, the date of Yuri Gagarin's manned spaceflight.

45 years ago today, the first man ever was launched into space by the Soviet Union. So, happy birthday to Manned Spaceflight and to my fake birthday.

Well, huh.

I was looking for pictures from Gilligan's Island. Suddenly, over the speakers I started hearing Bush speaking. Strangely, he was speaking truth, and I didn't know which of the dozen or two tabs that I had openend it was coming from.
Strange, surreal moment, but I finally tracked it down to this one: http://www.lifeinerror.com/archives/2004_02.html

This is even better done than the conversation I put together on my NeXT between his father and Heidi Fleiss...
