Back from Utah
Oct. 23rd, 2010 10:48 amI just got back from the Great Basin Archaeological Conference. Turned out to be enjoyable, actually :).
Mostly, I stayed in the vendor room, helping sell books for the Oregon Museum of Natural and Cultural History. Got to talk to several archaeologists, and hear some great stories.
Mostly, let Dr. Jenkins, Chantel, and the other Oregon MNCH people get away from the table so they could talk to the people they needed to and see the papers they were interested in, so that's all good.
So, this week, I contributed to the scientific knowledge of mankind. And learned how to use a credit card machine. :)
