Dec. 3rd, 2013 10:52 amSo, I talked to the landlord this morning.
Good news is, I won't be evicted, though they're still going through with the paperwork.
I'm also giving them copies of all of my court documents in case they have a problem with her during this whole procedure.
I'm going through the courts, and, if she fights it every step of the way, and does everything right, can take up to a month, possibly longer.
And, at the end of all that, apparently all of her property goes to the sherriff's impound lot and she, because she will be in violation of her terms of probation, may be going to jail. So, I guess at least she won't be homeless.
