Chapter 16 is up!
Oct. 18th, 2018 11:51 pmFor anyone still following Yellow Tape and Coffee, I have put up Chapter Sixteen: Concepts and Conceptions, at the usual place.
With this chapter, the word count for just the edited part of this draft is 112,398 - or about a 322 page paperback book. (For comparison, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was only about 77,000, while Prisoner of Azkaban was just over 107,000)
The part yet to be edited is 97,701 words. If I neither add nor remove anything, that'd be a total of about 210,000 words. Long enough to be a single novel, but just barely. I may be at the point where I'm removing more than I'm adding, though, now. Of course, I've thought that before. I guess we'll see.
