And now Chapter 14 is up!

At 6,950 words, it's only 50 words shorter than the previous draft, despite an entire scene being removed (I think this time it really is the last scene with Martin in it! :) Most of that scene, though, conveyed information that had to be moved to the one before and after it, so now half comes out with Veer talking to Michael, and the other half in the conversation between Veer and Victor.
Tomorrow is the big chase scene that I've re-written half a dozen times, and started out as the most boring car chase ever put on paper, and hopefully has evolved into something more interesting than that. We'll see :)
