Among the cities are San Francisco and Seattle (which isn't too surprising), but also New York City and Washington, DC.
In a related thought, I wonder if Bush has any idea just how little support his crusade has? He's surrounded himself with yes-men, and isn't allowed in town whenever there's a protest going on. The audience and press members at any speech he gives are all pre-screened and whenever a dissenter does manage to somehow slip through, they're quickly removed and not allowed back in. It would be easy for his "advisers" to keep such information from him and make it look like it's just a few random anti-American wackos...
