It was yummy. And I had half the ingredients already, which was good.
And, I have about three meals left of it. I'm thinking lunch tomorrow is a chicken sandwich. One of the breasts, slapped between two slices of bread with mustard and swiss cheese. Vegetables on the side.
I love leftovers.
Second day of the new diet/exercise plan. So far, so good.
