When seafoam freezes, it turns to snow.

Thus, this video that one of my co-workers in Newfoundland sent out.

Note that this is not time-lapse, it's really piling up that quickly.

I dunno. Quite a bit, I'd think. Then again, the guy running around in shorts and T-shirt didn't drop over immediately, so perhaps not that cold.
