Contrary to popular belief...

Remember Tom Vu?
1990's late-night infomercial king?
"THIS is my house! THIS is my boat! THESE are my ho's? You think such women speak to guy like me if I not worth millions?"
and
"You say system not work for you, is because YOU are LAZY American! Is EASY to get rich in this country!"
and
"People say my method is get-rich-quick scheme? They are RIGHT! Because life is to SHORT to get rich slowly!"
Rumor has it that he got sent to jail for real estate fraud.
Turns out, that's not true. He was investigated a while back, but no charges were ever filed. Though he did apparently stop his seminars almost immediately thereafter, so I assume some kind of deal was reached.
But, retired from the infomercial and get-rich-quick seminars, he's now travelling around the world as a professional poker player. He came in 22nd in last year's World Series of Poker, winning about $300,000 (which he used, no doubt, to purchase a $600,000 house :)
He was interviewed at the event, though no mention was made of real estate or bikini babes:
