secret_links who is working on my car with whpingboy while I'm back up in Portland.
Looks like it's all running again. Turned out not to be a blown head gasket after all (whew!) - they were able to get it running again after replacing all the spark plugs and the thermostat.
It's the difference between a $700 and $50. Hooray!!
I'll take the bus down to Eugene this weekend to pick up my car. Meanwhile, it's Tri-met to work and back, which I keep intending to do anyway.
