Parkour

OK, so apparently I am the last person to have heard of Parkour, aka "Free Running".

I'm not sure if its practitioners are people who think gymnastics is just too darn simple, or people who thought they were videogame characters, then turned out to be right.

Parkour is cool. I always wondered where the term comes from though.

I wish i knew how to learn to do stuff like this. Its like spiderman without the webslingers!
