Second notebook

plutherusSo, I've finished typing in the second notebook. Word count is now 19,621.
I've got ten full notebooks so far, or close to it. So, on average, that's 98,105 words. Probably still around halfway through the story, so on track for it to be around 200,000 words, which is about the size of the fourth Harry Potter novel.
After the first book, the word count was 13,031. So this second book was only 6,590 words. Most of the notebooks are about this size, though a couple are larger. Well, it will be whatever size it ends up being, but it doesn't look like I need to worry about it being too short. There should be plenty of room for cuts when I'm finished. (I'm not too worried. The first two Harry Potter books were around 80,000 words each, and they were enjoyable enough.)
