Are they actually going to finally finish it?

In January, there was an accident during the initial test, which caused yet another delay in the long-proposed BART extension to SFO. When I mentioned that to my mother at the time, she laughed: The first time they announced that BART was going to be extended to SFO was back when she was living down here. Which was when she was pregnant with me. Two months ago, I turned 36. The extension is still not finished.

Dammit.

Trying to clean up, prepare for guests tomorrow morning. And the laundry machines downstairs are broken. Two weeks ago, they were having problems draining, causing washing times of >2 hours instead of the usual 30 minutes.. So two days ago, they responded to numerous complaints by putting up signs saying to expect washing times of up to two hours. So I waited til today, when I'd be home all day, to do laundry, figuring I could just run down there every couple of hours to rotate laundry. So now they're offline completely. Which means I have to go out to a laundramat, and spend about two hours away from the apartment, not cleaning and not playing Neverwinter Nights.

Dammit.
