Well, this sucks

Apparently, I did too much running around and screaming in the cold the other night. Had a slight sore throat for the last couple of days, and minor sniffles. Last night, it grew into full-blown racking painful coughing, and the sore throat seems to extend into my lungs. Yuck. Took a cap of Robitussin, which seemed to make my stomach immediately upset to boot, and had little other noticeable effects.

Crap.

Went shopping - the honey lemon eucalyptus menthol drops are helping to contain the coughing a bit, which is good, cuz I keep thinking I'm gonna bust a rib or something. Also picked up some ramen noodle soup, and I'm drinking a glass of hot cider that M made for me.

The rest of the day, I think I'll spend curled up in a blanket with cats and a book.
