plutherusFinally made it home. Thursday night drove up to Portland, to visit Solis93and other friends, including amritarosa, 31seel, and aset. Long drive, busy weekend, lots of hanging out with friends, nice plane ride back: the plane was nearly empty, thanks, apparently, to some football game going on somewhere that nobody wanted to fly during. I love it when I get a whole row to myself, and can lie down across the seats for the flight. Turns out I'm still on the terrorist watchlist. Accidentally carry one little knife onto an airplane one time and you get lumped in with all the peace activists and other enemies of Bush that get singled out for special harassment every time you try to get on a plane.
Anyway, I digress. But I'm back from the weekend, and 31seel has a nice little summation of how that went in his journal (just ignore all that junk about the children :-). I'd go into more detail, but I've had 8 hours of sleep in three days and have to get up for work in 6-1/2 more hours. Yeah, my four-hour presentation tomorrow should be fun...
