Scary wind

Big ass storm out there somewhere. I went to weather.com to find headlines "Deadly storms scour Midwest!" Midwest? Hey, that's where I live. Wait a minute...

Apparently, there's some tornadoes out there, but about a hundred something miles away, so I can't see them from here.

But man, that wind is howling. The window keeps sounding like it's gonna break. Wind picks up, big howl (loud enough to drown out the DVD I'm watching), then there's big C-R-A-C-K sound from the window - the sound that a hot glass makes when you drop ice cubes into it, just before it shatters.

Pretty much the entire north side of my apartment is window. It's a big patio door, and next to it is another window.

No rain or thunder or lightning or anything out there, just wind. Lots and lots of wind. Pretty cool, as long as my back window doesn't explode :)

(Both cats keep eyeing it suspiciously, too)

Make a big scotch tape "X" across the the entire building face. The magic "X" keeps all harm and asplosions from coming to pass. And booze. That helps too. Add girls. Let the whole buiding fall down - who cares. I mentioned scotch in the first sentance so I'm on the right track.

But you know this already.
