Apparently, Bill O'Reilly opened his mouth again. Here's one child's response:

What is telling is that slime-balls responce when he was shown this video. He has called for her parents to be investigated by their state's version of CPS. He reasons that anyone who would exploit their child by forcing them to do this video may abuse them in other ways.

I, personally, look forward to reading in the paper someday that some nut-job has whacked him.

Heehee - I didn't realize that Bill had responded!

I looked to youtube to see if it had his response.

It did - kind of. Only it one-upped him again, when someone cut in other "vile uses of a child to promote propaganda" as he would have it:

Poor Bill - he just can't win :)

I'm going to go out on a limb

This was after having seen Jesus Camp (http://www.jesuscampthemovie.com/) and having people react in a very strong negative way to the ideas about it. I'm not trying to pick a fight. That said:

It's very interesting to me that the Lefties find this so brilliant, and yet call it "brain washing" when Christian parents teach their ideals, morals, and even words to their children. Think about it: is this any different than a very conservative Christian putting their child on You Tube and ranting about how science doesn't prove anything and that Intelligent Design rules? Or a pentecostal parent putting their child on talking about how we need to cast off our flesh and fight a spiritual battle, etc.

I am really uncomfortable by people who use (yes, I did use the word use) children specifically for propaganda purposes--on either side of it. Putting a kid on the air to rant and swear and call it brilliant...I just see the child as a talking puppet. Really.

I am especially frustrated by people (and I don't mean you) who laud this video and condemn conservative Christians for "brainwashing" their children. Seems to me that "brainwashing" is a term used for anyone who teaches their children something that is in radical opposition to what you believe.

(for the record, I'm a leftie with a rightie upbringing)
