Bad software engineering.
Dec. 8th, 2011 02:41 pmBill collector? Telemarketer? Political push-poll? Who knows. But really, they need to update their robodialing software. Voicemail has been around for a while now, and there's absolutely no excuse for your software not to be able to deal with it.
But it is kinda funny.
I just got a voicemail that had obviously been started while my outgoing message was playing - so the two robots were talking over each other, both ignoring what the other was saying. After mine played the tone to start recording, the caller's robot had already gotten past any introduction, so all I got was the end.
So the complete message was "If you are not Pat, please press 2."
