For those into the Atkins thing...

I was in Fred Meyer earlier today, and they've got a whole bunch of Atkins stuff, which I believe is new for them. Including ice cream, bread (how you make grain-free bread I have no idea), lots and lots of those Atkins-bars that others have mentioned are hard to find, and a whole bunch of other stuff.

I don't know if this applies to all Freddy's, I only saw it in Eugene, but I assume their stock would all be similar.

Just thought you'd like to know, if you didn't already. If you did, then never mind, but I know a lot of people reading this are doing Atkins, and several people have mentioned having a hard time finding this stuff.

Si! The waffle was wonderful. Texture is a bit odd, but not significant. It's funny how some foods become treats after a time.

Like Bread ;)? I need to pick up some Low-Carb Flour (as in ground coarsely) so I can have pancakes again. I dream of Waffles...

Personally, I am finding that most things are too sweet now.
