For those into the Atkins thing...

I was in Fred Meyer earlier today, and they've got a whole bunch of Atkins stuff, which I believe is new for them. Including ice cream, bread (how you make grain-free bread I have no idea), lots and lots of those Atkins-bars that others have mentioned are hard to find, and a whole bunch of other stuff.

I don't know if this applies to all Freddy's, I only saw it in Eugene, but I assume their stock would all be similar.

Just thought you'd like to know, if you didn't already. If you did, then never mind, but I know a lot of people reading this are doing Atkins, and several people have mentioned having a hard time finding this stuff.

Evidently Fred Meyer had some difficulties gettingout of their contract with NutraSweet. Fred Meyer is now an offical Atkin's outlet.

As for the bread, it is made so that it is lower in carbs, and the carbs it has is more dietary fiber (which doesn't count).
